1. Shipping Requirements

To ensure smooth and timely delivery, a complete and accurate postal address is essential.
Please provide:

  • Full address with PIN code

  • Email ID

  • Active contact number

Kindly double-check your PIN code and contact number before completing your order to avoid delivery issues.


2. Order Dispatch Timeline

  • If the ordered item is in stock, it will be packed and dispatched within 3 working days.

  • Delivery is typically completed within 3–5 working days after dispatch.


3. Out-of-Stock Items

If any item in your order is not in stock, we will:

  1. Contact you directly

  2. Refund the amount for the unavailable product (if paid in advance) within 10 working days

  3. Dispatch the remaining items in your order


4. Delivery Schedule

Our courier partners deliver Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
Please note:

  • Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days

  • Delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, strikes, or logistical delays from courier partners


5. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, we will send your tracking details via Email and WhatsApp.
