Refund policy

At YASHODA ORGANIC FARMS, we take great care in delivering high-quality, natural products to our customers. Once an order is confirmed and shipped, we are unable to accept cancellation, return, or refund requests.
However, in the situations listed below, we are more than happy to work with our valued customers to find an amicable and fair solution.


1. Damaged Product

If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery via:

When contacting us, kindly share the following:

  • Order number

  • Image of the invoice

  • 1 clear image of the outer box

  • 2 clear images of the damaged product

  • Opening box video

Important Notes:

  • For orders with multiple items, only the affected product will be replaced.

  • We will promptly re-send and replace the damaged item(s).

  • Emails will be responded to within 24–48 hours and full assistance will be provided thereafter.


2. Missing Product

If a product is missing from your shipment, please inform us within 3 days of delivery via:

  • Image of the invoice

  • 1 outer box image

  • Opening box video

Note:
We are unable to offer refunds for missing products; however, we will gladly re-send the missing item promptly.
Email responses will be provided within 24–48 hours with complete support thereafter.


3. Spoiled Product

If you find the product spoiled, notify us within 5 days of delivery via email:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Date of packaging

  • Clear images or a video showing the issue

Please Note:

  • We cannot accept returns due to natural variations in colour, smell, taste and texture our products are completely natural.

  • No compromise is made in our natural processes or ingredient quality.

  • After proper investigation and diligence, we will replace the product if spoilage is confirmed, ensuring a fair outcome every time.

  • Emails will be addressed within 24–48 hours, followed by full support.


4. Order Cancellation
